Returns and exchanges must be made on-site at Lehigh Valley Zoo. If you'd like to do a return or exchange, please contact us via our Contact Us form and we will get back to you promptly. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, returns and exchanges must be coordinated for a specific date and time that works for you. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

 

Unless your item is defective, it must be returned or exchanged in unworn/unused condition with original tags and packaging. Refunds for returned items are typically processed within 24 hours, but it may take your bank or credit card company a bit longer to process the funds.
